Lori Loughlin's other daughter is still in her corner - Page Six

Accused college scammer Lori Loughlin got a hug of support from daughter Isabella Rose while the two waited for a valet attendant after running errands in Beverly Hills Saturday.

But the two couldn’t escape further headaches involving Loughlin and her husband’s alleged attempt to fake their kids’ way into the University of Southern California.

Daughter Olivia Jade Giannulli is said to be scared that she too could be targeted by prosecutors.

The regret-filled YouTube star is shaking in her stilettos at the thought of being hauled into court in her parents’ alleged bribery case, Hollywood Life reported.

“Olivia is furious with her parents over this mess and now she is terrified that she may be forced into court to take the stand to testify,” an unnamed source told the site.

The 19-year-old knew about the alleged scheme and would have stopped it if she thought they’d get caught, according to People.

“She would have never gone along with it if she thought this would happen,” an unnamed source told the mag. “Her thing is that she trusted her parents.”

The source added that the daughter of actor Loughlin and designer Mossimo Giannulli “just wants to figure out how to rebuild her brand” after losing endorsement deals with TRESemmé and Sephora in the wake of the scandal.

“Olivia is still distraught and embarrassed. She hasn’t been home much,” the source was quoted as saying. “She is very angry with her parents.”

Loughlin and Giannulli were among 33 celebrities and wealthy parents charged with buying their kids’ way into prestigious colleges.

Federal prosecutors accused the couple of paying $500,000 to get their daughters into USC by creating a pretext they were recruits for the school’s crew team.

The young women reportedly have not returned to campus since Loughlin’s March arrest.

Kodak Black Willing to Give Lauren London a Year Before Hollering - TMZ

Kodak Black on Lauren London I'll Give Her a Year of 'Crying & S***' ... Then It's My Turn

4/6/2019 12:09 PM PDT

Kodak Black doesn't seem to care that Lauren London just lost Nipsey Hussle to a brutal murder, 'cause he's already contemplating when and how to holler at her.

The Florida rapper posted a video to his IG Live, which began getting circulated Saturday -- and it shows KB hanging out with some buddies of his and openly talking about Lauren like a piece of meat that he wants for himself in the wake of Nipsey's death.

Check out the clip -- he calls Lauren "that baby" and a "whole widow out here," while also musing that he'll be the best man he can be to nab her next. He says he's even willing to give her a whole year of "crying and s***" before he makes any potential moves on her.

One of his friends asks if Kodak's shooting his shot, but he says he isn't ... he insists he's just being friendly, and wouldn't mind being a shoulder for her to lean on. Kodak also says she "can call my line."

Keep in mind ... it's been less than a week since Lauren's long-term partner and father to her child was gunned down in his own neighborhood. She said she's lost at the moment without him.

Classy guy right here, huh?

Mysonne Rips Kodak Black For Disgusting Lauren London Widow Comments - SOHH

New York rapper Mysonne isn’t here for Kodak Black – at all. The hip-hop veteran has ripped the Florida native and social media for promoting a clip showing him referencing Nipsey Hussle‘s widow Lauren London.

Mysonne went to Instagram Saturday and exploded over KB talking disrespectful about London’s late husband.

A few hours ago, footage surfaced of Black sharing disturbing remarks about London losing Nipsey and possibly being her crutch.

“Lauren London that’s baby, though. She about to be out here single. She’s fitting to be a whole widow out here. I’ll be the best man I can be for her. I’ll give her a whole year. She might need a whole year to be crying and sh*t for him – I ain’t trying to shoot [my shot] at her. I’m saying, listen. She can do two, three years. I’ll try to be like the friend if you need to holla or a shoulder to lean on. She can call my line.”

Earlier in the week, Lauren returned to Instagram to speak on Nipsey’s death.

Recently, Lauren and Nipsey appeared in a video centered on how much they knew each other.

Body found at home of missing original Disney Mouseketeer Dennis Day - USA TODAY

A body was found at the home of Dennis Day, an original Disney Mouseketeer who has been missing for over eight months.

The human remains have not been identified and the investigation is ongoing, according to a statement sent to USA TODAY Saturday by Captain Tim Fox, a  spokesperson for the Oregon State Police.

"On Thursday, April 4, 2019, the Medford Assault and Death Investigation Unit (MADIU) was contacted by the Phoenix Police Department after human remains were discovered at 510 Pine Street in Phoenix, Oregon," the statement read.

Day, 76, a Mouseketeer with Disney's Mickey Mouse Club for two years in the mid-1950s, was once among the most famous child performers on American television. He danced and sang on millions of black-and-white TVs across the nation, wearing the iconic mouse-ear beanie and sweaters emblazoned with his name.

But Day has not been seen since July, when he vanished from his small town of Phoenix. He left behind his beloved cat and dog and his partner of more than 45 years, Ernest Caswell, who suffers from dementia-related memory problems and now lives in assisted care.

His sister, Nelda Adkins of Coalinga, California, told USA TODAY in February that she fears the worst.

"The way it looks now, unless we find a body, we're not going to find him," she said.

Day's rural home and property had been previously searched, along with local cemeteries and canals, to no avail.

Lt. Jeff Price of Phoenix's police told USA TODAY two months ago that Day's car was found about 200 miles away on the Oregon coast in the possession of two strangers who claimed Day had let them borrow it.

It was impounded by Oregon State Police and later searched, but there was no sign of foul play, Price said.

Lori Loughlin's daughter 'very frustrated with her parents' in wake of admissions scandal: Report - WPVI-TV

LOS ANGELES -- Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, both charged in an alleged college admissions scheme to get their two daughters into college, are reportedly dealing with painful family fallout.

Their daughter Olivia Jade is lashing out against her parents, blaming them for her bad PR as she works to rebuild her own brand, according to People magazine.

"Our source says Olivia is very frustrated with her parents and she never would have gone along with this if she had known about it," People senior editor Breanne Heldman told ABC News. "She's distraught, she's embarrassed and she's determined to figure out how to rebuild her brand."

The 19-year-old YouTube star lost major sponsorships from Tresemme and Sephora after her parents were arrested last month for allegedly paying $500,000 in bribes to get her and her sister Isabella into the University of Southern California. Authorities said Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli helped create fake athletic profiles for their daughters by having them pose for photos on rowing machines.

A packaged-food entrepreneur from California became the first of the 33 parents charged in the scandal to agree to plead guilty this week, disclosing the deal Wednesday as Loughlin, Giannulli and Felicity Huffman appeared in court along with some of the other defendants.

Peter Jan Sartorio, 53, was accused of paying $15,000 in cash to have someone correct his daughter's answers on the ACT college entrance exam. The exact charges to which he planned to plead were not immediately clear.

The two actresses said little during the brief hearing in a packed Boston courtroom and were not asked to enter a plea. They remain free on bail. Several other parents were given similar hearings of a few minutes each.

Huffman, the 56-year-old former "Desperate Housewives" star, is charged with paying the admissions consultant at the center of the scheme $15,000 to have a proctor correct the answers on her daughter's SAT.

Huffman, Loughlin and Giannulli have not publicly addressed the allegations.

They and others are charged with conspiracy and fraud, which carries up to 20 years in prison. But first-time offenders typically get only a fraction of that, and experts said some parents may avoid prison if they quickly agree to plead guilty.

L.A. Gangs Are Forming A Peace Treaty In Honor Of Nipsey Hussle - Ambrosia For Heads

Less than one week after the March 31 passing of Nipsey Hussle, many communities are still recovering from the sudden tragedy. In addition to mourning the slain artist, activist, and entrepeneur, many people are taking action too. Yesterday (April 5), a vigil and peace treaty was held by street leaders, intended specifically for those who are gang affiliated. With it, a short notice gathering took place out front of The Marathon, Nipsey’s store and plaza on West Slauson Avenue in the Crenshaw District. On March 31, that plaza parking lot was the site where the 33-year-old born Ermias Davidson Asghedom was fatally shot three times. Two other men standing with him were also struck by gunfire and hospitalized.

Rollin 60s Crip leader Big U, the man who helped usher Nipsey Hussle into the music industry in the mid-2000s, was among those who called for the gathering Friday. “For all the different gangs in L.A. that want to come out and support. Over the last two days, we’ve been having meetings amongst us: Eight-Trays, Rollin 60s, East Coasts, Hoovers, Bounty Hunters, and everybody that’s like-minded to come together,” he said in an Instagram announcement. The gathering was organized to run on a schedule between 3pm and 5pm. “It’s not open to the public. It’s only for L.A. street gangs: Bloods, Crips, and those with the like minds that want to support and pay homage to one of our lost soldiers, one of our good brothers [and one of] our teachers and leaders.”

Nipsey Hussle Proved His Dedication Far Beyond His Music

At yesterday’s event, Big U told TMZ, “We’re having a gang truce and a gang rally so all the different gangs from L.A. can get together to come celebrate the life and the gift of Nipsey.” U noted that while Tupac Shakur made Southern California his home at the end of his life and Biggie Smalls was gunned down in L.A., this loss is different. “Nipsey was the first L.A. artist to die the way he died. He didn’t have no conflict with nobody; he wasn’t beefing with nobody.” Big U added that in addition to Crips and Bloods, Hispanic gangs are also part of the gathering. He also cited other street leaders for their efforts to make the event possible.

“Bringing in a lot of different gangs that have been warring with [each other] for years is really kinda dangerous. We tried to get the people who want to be here from different gangs, different sets, and it’s beautiful to have this many people here,” Nipsey’s former manager said Friday. “The overall goal is to establish structure [for] going on forward. We’re having this, and then we want to start having sit-downs with different gangs.” U added that as those meetings progress he wants violent rivals to meet. “The gang violence in L.A. has been down. It’s been down for the last 30 years. A lot of people get along; Crips and Bloods get along on the whole. So this was tragic in the fact that [authorities are calling it ‘gang-related’]; it was kinda more hate-related than gang-related.”

The Making Of The Self-Destruction Video Shows The Power Of Hip-Hop Unity

Since March 31, a suspect, Eric Holder, has been apprehended and formally charged with Nipsey’s murder along with the attempted murder of two others. On Thursday, Holder pleaded not guilty to those charges. He is represented by former O.J. Simpson prosecutor Christopher Darden, and is reportedly in solitary confinement for his security, held on $7,040,000 bond. Investigators have reported that the 29-year-old in custody is gang-affiliated.

“He meant everything to the community,” Crenshaw resident Lesly Marroquin told The New York Times this week. “This was all him. His music, he speaks real facts. He talks about how he grew up. He wanted people to see what he went through, to show people they could change. He was a role model.” Nipsey invested his music industry earnings back into his community. He owned multiple businesses, with plans to uplift the streets that raised him.

Russell Westbrook Fills The Stat Sheet With 60 In Dedication To Nipsey Hussle

According to Los Angeles officials, Nipsey Hussle had a meeting scheduled with Los Angeles Police Commissioner Steven Soboroff and Police Chief Michel Moore for the day after his murder. Reportedly, the agenda of that meeting was to explore ways to unify communities across L.A., especially in South Central. Throughout his nearly 15-year-career, Nipsey promoted his affiliations in his lyrics. However, the artist repeatedly aimed to present gangs like the Rollin 60s as the self-governing and community-focused street organizations that many were founded to be. Additionally, he regularly collaborated with Rap peers from other, sometimes rival neighborhoods and fellow artists who have proclaimed various street affiliations. Since the 2000s, Nipsey had worked with The Game, Jay Rock, Snoop Dogg, YG, The Jacka, Mozzy, Ab-Soul, Jim Jones, and others. At The Marathon, Neighborhood Nip’ sold variations of his merchandise in multiple color-ways that paid homage to the symbolism of many different sets.

A public vigil outside of Marathon was held April 1. Nip’ collaborator Dave East organized one of several gatherings in New York City. Other cities have held separate memorials for the respected activist, entrepreneur, and Grammy-nominated artist. A memorial service is planned for Thursday (April 11) at the Staples Center, a venue with a capacity of 21,000. According to TMZ, attendees must have a ticket for entry.

This march comes 27 years to the month after the Watts Peace Treaty. Surrounding the verdict of the 1992 Rodney King trial, gang leaders organized a ceasefire. NFL Hall Of Famer and social activist Jim Brown was present along with figures of the Hip-Hop community as Crips, Bloods, and other gangs came together in Watts to the street agreement.

In the months and years that followed, various sets worked together in the community and on music. Throughout the mid-’90s there were Bangin’ On Wax compilations featuring talented members of the Crips and the Bloods. Several of these independently-released albums reached the Top 200. Hip-Hop artists Domino, DJ Battlecat, and The Relativez are some of the more prominent acts involved.

According to Hits Daily Double, Nipsey Hussle’s 2018 album Victory Lap is forecast to reach the highest-charting position yet, more than one year after its release.
